The Leauge of Michigan Bicyclist's Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Education series is designed for law enforcement officials and community members. The interactive session will cover the following topics:

• The Michigan Vehicle Code and Michigan Compiled Laws sections relating to the use of the bicycle on Michigan’s roadways and sidewalks.
• Safe bicycle-riding practices and effective models to help educate our communities. 

These sessions are designed to be interactive and stimulate discussion amongst participants about their real-world situations and tips on how to handle future occurrences. 

After this session, you’ll be ready to educate and help your friends and family drive, ride, walk, and wheel safely off duty.
